At Scentique, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality fragrances and a smooth shopping experience.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We only accept returns if:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The item is defective
To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@scentique.ca with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Refunds
Once we review and approve your request, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements
