At Scentique, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely, quickly, and reliably.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • USA (if applicable): 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days (varies by location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays

Scentique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Scentique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local courier for assistance in such cases.
